* Delivery methods: the ordered product is delivered by a carrier (DPD for Belgium, MondialRelay for Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Luxembourg, and Poland), depending on the nature of the ordered product and to the address appearing on the order form.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Belgian & European Legislation)
* In accordance with the Code of Economic Law, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw without cause, starting from the day after receipt of the product.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
* The product must be returned in its original and sealed condition.
7. Guarantees and Claims
* The buyer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for consumer goods.
